Communications are excellent with easy walking distance to many of Gothenburg's activities such as theaters, cinemas, museums, restaurants, cafes and shops.

There are also very good connections, to the avenue, Ullevi Stadium, Scandinavium, a direct tram to Liseberg and Svenska mässan. (Trams run frequently and it will not take more than 10-20 min to reach all locations.) Stena Line Denmark and Germany Terminals located right below us.
